## About

SkyLog is a fleet and transport management system (TMS) purpose-built for South African logistics operators. It integrates with CarTrack GPS for live vehicle tracking and provides end-to-end fleet operations management including invoicing, driver settlements, rate cards, compliance tracking, and multi-tenant access control.

SkyLog is built by Skyner Group and hosted entirely in South Africa (Johannesburg). The platform is POPIA compliant with role-based access control and full audit trails.

- Live GPS Tracking and Geofencing: CarTrack integration with 5-minute sync cycles, geofence alerts, full trip history with speed, ignition, and fuel data
- Financial Management: Rate cards (per-km, per-trip, fuel levies, waiting time), quote-to-invoice pipeline, aged debtors (30/60/90 day), InvoiceNinja two-way sync
- Driver Settlements: Auto-calculated from trip and fuel data, advance tracking, damage deductions, approval workflows, payroll export
- Fleet and Vehicle Management: Vehicle register with service history, maintenance scheduling by date and kilometres, fuel tracking with cost-per-km, compliance dashboard
- Multi-Tenant Access Control: Company hierarchy (group, operating company, subcontractor), 12 user roles, scope-based data access, immutable audit trail
- Dashboards and Analytics: 7 role-based dashboards (Ops, Finance, Fleet, Executive, HR, Sales, Platform), real-time KPIs, fuel analytics, financial reporting
- Route Planning: Google Directions integration, route optimisation before dispatch

## Current Status
